POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager supports execution of ground-up hospitality and mixed-use developments as well as adaptive re-use and renovation projects under Senior Project Manager and Project Director leadership.
This role oversees the full project lifecycle — from Project Plan development and consultant procurement through construction, FF&E logistics, and final turnover — while maintaining direct accountability for schedule performance, financial control, and stakeholder coordination.

CORE EXECUTION RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT PLANNING | CONTROLS

Develop and lead execution of the Project Plan as the governing roadmap for scope, budget control, schedule integrity, and risk mitigation

Actively safeguard Client commercial interests in all brand, consultant and contractor engagements

Provide structured executive-level reporting to Client leadership, including proactive communication of risks, cost variances, and mitigation strategies

Direct project cost controls including budget forecasting, contingency strategy, and exposure management

Safeguard master schedule integrity and proactively address critical path risk
CONSULTANT | CONTRACTOR | VENDOR LEADERSHIP

Lead procurement and engagement of Design Team members, Purchasing Agent, General Contractor and other Consultants or Vendors as required

Direct multidisciplinary design integration (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Interiors, Landscape Arch, etc.), ensuring coordinated deliverables across all design phases and consultant teams in alignment with Client project plan objectives and brand requirements

Oversee GMP development, contractor negotiations, and buy-out strategy

Chair OAC meetings and drive structured accountability
FF&E PROCUREMENT

Oversee Purchasing Agent activities and procurement strategy

Monitor domestic and international manufacturing timelines

Coordinate freight, warehousing, customs coordination (as applicable), and phased delivery with Purchasing Agent
-
Align installation sequencing with construction milestones and operational turnover
CONSTRUCTION | PROJECT CLOSEOUT

Review and approve pay applications, change orders, and cost exposure prior to Client authorization

Lead disciplined risk mitigation throughout construction
-
Site visits as required to confirm construction progress, quality of workmanship, etc.

Direct & coordinate punch list execution, commissioning coordination, and turnover strategy

Support transition to operational readiness, including coordination with brand pre-opening teams and operator representatives

Ensure complete warranty collection, documentation control, and final financial reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS

2–5+ years ground-up construction and/or renovation project management experience
-
Hospitality and/or mixed-use development experience strongly preferred
-
Demonstrated ability managing projects $10M+

Strong financial acumen including cashflow forecasting and exposure management
-
Experience overseeing FF&E procurement and logistics
-
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally
-
Valid passport required
